Senior FP&A Analyst

Kforce's client in the Milwaukee area is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst. This position will support the Leadership Team and Operations by assisting with providing meaningful & insightful financial & business planning, analysis, forecasting & budgeting, observations, recommendations, reporting & presentations. Reports to the FP&A Manager.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics
• At least five years of experience working in a related finance or accounting position
• Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas & functions) required

Good to Have

• CPA, MBA, CFA, CMA certification preferred
• Prior experience working with complex financial data sets preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
